At PlantPal Tools, we’re dedicated to getting your gardening gear delivered safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Please review the delivery options, timeframes, and important details below.

1. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We currently offer the following delivery services:

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Delivery: 1–2 business days

📌 Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 1 PM (local time) are processed same day

  • Orders placed after 1 PM are processed next business day

  • Deliveries are made Monday–Friday (excluding weekends & public holidays)

2. Shipping & Handling

Small Items (Under 5kg)

  • Shipped via trusted courier partners

  • ➡️ Tracking number provided after dispatch

Medium to Large Tools (5kg–25kg)

  • Require additional packaging & handling

  • ➡️ Delivery date selection required at checkout

  • ➡️ Recipient must be present to accept delivery

Oversized or Bulk Orders (Over 25kg)

  • Shipped via freight or pallet delivery

  • ➡️ Pre-delivery coordination needed for access and placement

  • ➡️ Our team may contact you to confirm delivery details

3. Delivery Charges

  • Shipping costs are based on weight, size, and delivery location

  • Final charges are shown at checkout

  • Free shipping promotions are applied automatically (if eligible)

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order

  • PlantPal Tools is not liable for packages left unattended

  • Delivery times may be affected by weather or courier restrictions

  • Remote areas may have limited delivery options

5. Tracking & Delays

  • A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships

  • For delays, please allow a reasonable timeframe before contacting us

  • We’ll update you in case of major delivery disruptions
