  • Once approved, return the item(s) within the next 14 calendar days.

  • Only non-perishable items (e.g., gardening tools and accessories) are eligible.

  • Perishable items (like live plants, soil, or fertilizers) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

  • Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Our team will respond with return instructions and the correct return address.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • ✅ Items must be securely packed in original packaging.

🚫 Do not send returns to our office address — only to the designated warehouse provided.

3. Item Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • No signs of use, damage, or alteration.

  • Perishable items are only returnable if they arrive defective.

4. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

  • 📷 Include clear photos of damage or incorrect item via email.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., plants, soil, fertilizers), unless defective

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • We’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit due to poor packaging.

  • Use trackable and insured shipping.
